At Besalú, a protected national historic monument, we'll enjoy spectacular views of the city before crossing the iconic 11th-century medieval bridge. Then we will take a walk through the old town exploring the narrow alleys of centuries-old architecture. Rupit, the stone village, enchants with its timeless stone structures and cobblestone paths, offering a journey back in time. This small town is hidden in the forest and built into the rock. It's like entering a fairy tale. Tavertet, perched on the cliffs of the Guilleries Mountains and situated in the heart of a nature reserve, promises stunning views over the plains of Catalonia and a serene escape into tranquillity. We'll conclude with these views and take a deep breath of fresh mountain air before heading back to the big city

We step back in time and venture to the Montsoriu Castle, located in the heart of a pristine nature reserve, the Montseny Mountain Park. After a picturesque 40-minute walk, take in the stunning panoramic views, perfect for capturing unforgettable moments. We will explore the ins-and-outs of the castle before we take a nice, relaxing walk back to the car. We will have woken up our appetite after our morning walk and all these new impressions... 

Get ready for a real Catalonian meal!

We will take you to a typical Catalan restaurant inside a 15th-century mill tucked away in the forest. It will be an authentic and unique experience and a good way to try authentic Catalan cuisine that is sometimes even hard to find in Barcelona city. Gerona: Afternoon Exploration and history deep-dive

As we drive leisurely through the Montseny Natural Park to 'Girona', relax and digest during the picturesque one-hour drive. Arriving in Gerona, a medieval masterpiece, immerse yourself in its rich history: visit the well-preserved Jewish quarter, marvel at one of the largest cathedrals in the world, and tour the ancient 9th-century walls that served as the backdrop for the Game of Thrones. Our walk through the city will discover more than 2,000 years of history and will leave you time to enjoy a coffee before returning to Barcelona

This is, most likely, unlike any museum you have ever been to! It’s a trip, a living hallucination, we step into Dali's surreal world of imagination. This masterpiece, 'the biggest surrealist monument ever made', was fully designed and decorated by the man himself. After in-depth commentary from your expert guide in the morning, you'll have ample free time to absorb the unique atmosphere in your own way. Dali didn’t like his paintings to be explained and we respect his preference for personal interpretation

Relaxing Afternoon at Sunny Costa Brava

Following Figueres, our journey takes us to the coastal village of Cadaques, the pearl of the Costa Brava. Enjoy a delightful lunch featuring fresh fish and seafood against the backdrop of blue & turquoise waters. We'll be in awe with the beauty and charm of this Mediterranean-style fisherman's village

After lunch we will take the scenic route through the protected National Park of Cap de Creus as we make our way to the stunning Portlligat Bay, the most inspirational place in the whole world for Dalí and the place where most of his famous paintings were made. This is where we’ll find his house and studio, it was his own private little paradise. We will pay a visit to the house before we head back to the City

Morning Adventure: Tossa de Mar

Our day begins with a scenic drive in the morning towards Tossa de Mar, a gem on the Costa Brava known for its beautiful beaches and remarkably preserved medieval village. As we arrive, the sight of the medieval walls and towers will transport you into a fairy tale setting. A guided stroll through the narrow cobblestone streets provides an intimate encounter with history. Afterwards we will offer some free time so you´ll have the opportunity to savor breathtaking views, to capture memorable photos and to soak in the ambiance before we head on...

Afternoon Exploration: Calella de Palafrugell

Our next stop: Calella de Palafrugell, one of the Costa Brava's most authentic and picturesque fishing villages. With it´s white houses and fishing boats on the beach, small bays and typical rocky coastline Calella is very representative for the Costa Brava. Take a look at these pictures and see for yourself ;-)  

After a short walk and introduction you will have plenty of free time for lunch, for a nice relaxing stroll along the waterfront, for sunbathing or even for a quick dive in the Mediterranean Sea

Lunch with a View

Enjoy a delightful lunch experience in Calella de Palafrugell, offering a taste of the region's culinary delights. Select from a variety of fresh seafood options and traditional Spanish dishes while enjoying the scenic beauty. 'It´s a good life...'

A Special Treat to conclude the Day

Last but not least, we will pay a visit to a 9th-century medieval town, just off the coast, called Pals. It is very well-preserved and it was declared a site of historical interest. Pals is a fairytale-like town, it's small but cute and very quaint! You will get a good impression as we take a little walk  through the town, covering the main highlights. It will be a great way to conclude a wonderful day

Returning to Barcelona

As the day draws to a close, we head back to Barcelona, leaving behind the coastal wonders of the Costa Brava and we reflect on the memories created during this immersive day trip...
